Tests and trials

Swedish Gundog League organizes Field Trials and Working Tests in accordance with The Kennel Club's Rules and Regulations. Swedish Gundog Regulations.

SGL has established a register where all results from the tests and trials are documented, which also allows for different analyzes.

Field Trial is a competition where dogs are judged during a shooting day on live game. The trial can be carried out as a walked up day or as a driven day. The combination of both occurs.

Working test is a test where shooting situations are simulated with dummies. The tests can be carried out as walked up or as drive. The combination of both forms occurs.
